I didn’t set out to build a career in financial services. More than two decades ago, I began working in an administrative role with no particular expectation of where it would lead. My manager at the time saw potential in me and encouraged me to build a future in the industry. That support changed the direction of everything that followed.

What drew me to the profession then still motivates me now. I enjoy organization, problem-solving, and the satisfaction that comes from helping ensure things run smoothly for both clients and advisors.

My role here centers on the details that determine whether a client's experience is smooth or stressful. That means managing paperwork, scheduling, account maintenance, follow-ups, and the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps everything moving the way it should. Kevin focuses on planning and strategy. My job is to make sure every step in between is handled accurately and on time, which means clients stay informed and nothing gets lost along the way.

Before joining the team, I spent nearly two decades as a Retirement Plan Advisor, helping individuals prepare for retirement through personalized guidance, retirement readiness reviews, and educational workshops. Over time, I expanded my focus to include advisor support and client service, gaining valuable experience on both the client-facing and operational sides of the business. That background gave me a deep familiarity with both the operational and the human side of financial services, and I draw on it every day.
